Shipping policy

1. Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to all customers. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination and can be found in the shipping section during checkout.

2. Order Processing

We process and ship pre-made orders every 2-3 business days, both for domestic and international destinations. Pre-ordered items require 10-35 business days for processing and delivery (see item 4: Pre-ordered Items)

3. Shipping Times

  a. Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
  b. International Orders: Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

4. Pre-ordered Items


  a. Processing Time: Pre-ordered items require 10-35 business days for processing and delivery.
  b. Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 35 business-day processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

5. Tracking
 

Once an order is shipped, each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your number.

6. Customs and Import Duties
 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

7. Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will then coordinate with the shipping courier to resolve the issue.

10. No P.O. Boxes


We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

11. Adjustments to Orders


Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address or order details can be made. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to request any changes.

12. Customs Fees

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

13. Delivery & Responsibility for Packages 

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely. Once your package has been marked as delivered by the courier we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery location.

We recommend tracking your shipment and being present for its delivery, particularly if you live in an area where package theft is a concern.

If you believe your package has been stolen, we encourage you to verify with your neighbors/property managers or contact your local mail courier for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

International customers, please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or edits to the order.

We do not cover taxes and duties associated with international shipments. Our international carrier will contact you directly for any fees associated with international shipments. Please make sure to provide your email address and telephone number.
